You Can Make a Difference and Take a Stand Against Bullying

Love this feel good story.  Chy Johnson is a girl with special needs due to a brain disorder.  She was being bullied at high school in Queen Creek, AZ and a group of football players jumped in and stood up for her.  I am so proud of those boys who went the extra mile and saved this girl from a horrible high school experience.  They ate lunch with her, walked her to class and became her friends.  No one messed with her after that and she felt loved, safe and happy.  Their example has spread through the school and inspired others to change their attitudes.  Kudos to Carson Jones, the head of the football team and a member of the church.  Chy's mom calls these boys "Angels in Disguise."

Click HERE to hear a story about this in the General Conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  It is at minute 39:30 on the video.
