How to Eat an Elephant - Food Storage

Food Storage (Very Basic 1-yr Plan)

January
Store 7-10 gallons of water per person.
February
Store 200 lbs of wheat and/or flour or whole grains per adult. Also store 10 lbs of salt per person.
March
Store 30 lbs of powdered milk per adult.
April
Store 30 lbs of sugar/honey per adult.
May
Store 30 lbs of dried beans/legumes per adult. Or store canned beans if you wish.
June
Store 10 lbs of fat/oil per adult.
July
Store 7-10 gallons of water per person.
August
Store 200 of whole grains/flour per adult.
September
Store 30 lbs of powdered milk per adult.
October
Store 30 lbs of sugar/honey per adult.
November
Store 30 lbs of dried beans/legumes per adult. Or store canned beans if you wish.
December
Store 10 lbs of fat/oil per adult.
