Cub Scouts - Tall Tales Matching Game
I created this matching game to play with my Bear Cub Scouts for Bear Achievement 4, "Tall Tales." We split the boys into two teams and had them race to see who could match up the character with the description. They loved it!
Thanks for this, I think my scouts will enjoy it more than the match game that is in the Bear Handbook. I double clicked on each segment and they popped up on my computer in a larger format that was perfect for printing.
So glad to find this still here! I used your great matching game last year..........and here I am with a new group of scouts doing this same activity again. LOL. Love it! Thanks! :)
This looks like a ton of fun. I just became the leader of our bear den. Can you explain how the matching game worked? I take it you created individual cards and then what? How did they 'race' to match up the characters with their descriptions?

Thanks for posting this. I was looking for something to do with my den around tall tales and this fits the bill!
Thank you so much!!
Fabulous idea! My bears will be so excited! Nothing like incorporating movement into the teaching of content...thank you!
could you send it to me in another format and any other cub stuff
thanks you
@Tupperware - If you send me your email address, I would be happy to send the game in another format. My email is pamthemom@gmail.com.

Do you have the answers to this game? Thank you for posting it for us to use!
The information for the answers can be found in the boy's Cub Scout book. :)
