2. Missions for boys before serious dating.
3. Only date honorable people with good values.
4. Do not participate in kissing-hugging sessions.
5. No French kissing.
6. Do not park.
7. Never, never go into a home or an apartment alone.
8. Never, never go into a bedroom.
9. No back rubs.
10. Do not lie down by each other or on top of each other.
11. Attend only wholesome activities.
12. No immodest dress.
13. Date in couples or groups most often.
14. No late hours.
15. Each partner should be responsible for his own actions.
16. Discuss dating rules with partners.
17. Do not think that you are the exception.

I'm not claiming to have followed all these rules, but had I done so, I think my relationships would have been better and I would have avoided some pitfalls. Better to be overly cautious than to put yourself in dangerous paths. I always would tell my Young Women that french kissing isn't terrible, but it is a step towards intimacy and you just want to avoid getting intimate before the right time. Plus those backrubs often lead to trouble!
You don't know me, but I DID follow all these rules. In fact, I kept a copy of them in my wallet as a teenager and when I began dating a guy, I'd give him a copy telling him that if he didn't want to play by the rules he couldn't play with me.
I weeded out a lot of . . . weeds that way. :) I am now a happily temple-married lady.
