Our Primary President is SUPER creative and designed a fun game to do in Sharing Time this past Sunday. THE TEMPLEWED GAME (based off the Newlywed Game but way more rated-G). She had three couples who had been sealed in the temple come in to the Primary Room. She sent the men out and had the women answer questions and they had to answer how they thought their husband would respond. They wrote their responses on paper (attached to a clipboard) and then when the men came back in the room they were asked the same questions. They got 5 points per question if they had the same answer as their spouse.
Here are a few questions that I remember:
What date did you propose?
What was the weather like on your wedding day?
What is the date you were married?
Where were you married?
What is the most important part of a marriage - trust, laughter or friendship?
What is the greatest blessing about being married in the temple?
They all received prizes at the end. The kids loved it and it was nice to have some examples of happily married couples in the room.
