Father's Day - You're the BEARY best dad!
For church on Sunday, we are making a small Father's Day gift for each of the children to give their dads.
We put around 20 gummy bears in each 3"x 4" ziplock bag and then I made some tags to staples to the bag.
I designed a graphic to be printed as 4"x 6" pictures at Costco (or wherever). There are four tags that are 2"x 3" big that fit perfectly when stapled to the top of each bag. I stuck a little tuft of green tulle behind the tag when I stapled it on. I hope the dads enjoy them!
Here's the graphic in case you'd like to do this too.

Father's Day MnM Bow-ties
Take a MnM bag, tie in the middle with a ribbon or string to make it look like a bow-tie. You can put a tag that says You are a Most Marvelous Dad.
Thank you to my friend Stephanie for this fun idea. She did this as an Activity Day meeting with the 8-11 year old girls at church.

Father's Day Poem
I went to the dollar store and bought a pair of work gloves for each of my Nursery kids to give to their daddy's with the following poem for Father's Day. I wrote the poem so it is not copywrited and you can use it and pass it on if you'd like. Click HERE for some free Father's Day printables.

Tiepedia Website
I have to say this website is awesome! http://www.tiepedia.com/
I'm a mom of all boys so I am surrounded by ties. My husband probably owns 100 ties too. And do you think I can tie a tie? Well, I'm embarassed to admit that I can't. Neither can my sons. My boys have to ask their dad each Sunday to do their tie, or leave their tie tied so that they can just put the loop over their head.
Now I am inspired to learn to tie the ties and this website will tell me not just how to tie a tie, but to do it the fancy ways! http://www.tiepedia.com/how-to-tie-a-tie
For all your family members who are trying to make something thoughtful for the fathers in your life, check out this awesome idea: http://www.tiepedia.com/tie-blog/49-crafts/155-tie-cake
